Thank you for shopping at Trasido. This Delivery Information page explains how shipping, delivery times, tracking, shipping fees, and responsibilities work on our marketplace. Because we operate both as a marketplace for third-party Sellers and as a direct seller for some products, delivery terms may vary depending on the item.

1. Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery options depending on your location and the Seller:

  • Standard Delivery
  • Express / Priority Delivery
  • Next-Day Delivery (where available)
  • Seller-Managed Delivery
  • Marketplace-Fulfilled Delivery (when Trasido handles logistics)

All available delivery methods for your order will be shown at checkout.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all countries within the:

  • European Union (EU)
  • European Economic Area (EEA)

Shipping outside the EU/EEA may be limited depending on Seller regulations.

Some Sellers may restrict delivery to specific countries due to:

  • Customs regulations
  • Product category limitations
  • Local safety/compliance laws

You will be informed at checkout if a product cannot be shipped to your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on:

  • Your location
  • The Seller's location
  • Product type
  • Selected shipping method

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs checks, weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

4. Order Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on whether the item is:

4.1. Sold by the Platform

  • Orders usually processed within 24 hours
  • Shipped on business days (Monday–Friday)

4.2. Sold by Third-Party Sellers

  • Processing times vary by Seller (usually 1–3 business days)

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your package online

If you purchased multiple items from different Sellers, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on:

  • Shipping method
  • Seller delivery settings
  • Delivery destination
  • Item size/weight

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

Some Sellers may offer:

  • Free shipping
  • Free shipping above a minimum order value
  • Marketplace-wide promotions

7. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if:

  • Items are shipped by different Sellers
  • Items are stored in different warehouses
  • An item becomes available earlier than others

You will receive tracking information for each package separately.

8. Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery 1–3 times. If unsuccessful:

  • The package may be held at a local pickup point
  • You may need to arrange re-delivery
  • If the package is returned to the Seller, additional shipping charges may apply

9. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order is delayed or missing:

Make sure to provide:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number (if available)
  • Your full name and address

We will coordinate with the Seller or carrier to resolve the issue.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incomplete

Please notify us or the Seller within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

We will assist you under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable warranty laws.

11. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered within the EU/EEA, there are:

  • No customs fees
  • No import duties
  • VAT already included unless stated otherwise

For orders shipped from non-EU Sellers:

  • Duties/taxes may apply depending on country
  • You will be informed before checkout whenever possible

Customers are responsible for any import taxes if applicable.

12. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer not available
  • Failure to pick up from a local post office
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Shipping fees may not be refundable. Re-shipment costs may apply.

13. Delivery Restrictions
